UANA Mindful Cooking Class

Join us from 3 to 7pm every Sunday for one of our one on one or group classes. Where we will learn how to cook 3 course meals, with mindfulness and various kitchen techniques. Join us and together we will transform and learn the tools necessary to improve our relationship with our food habits.
